Here's the 2 most recent pics i have of it, but there pretty old. Hopefully I'll have some new ones pretty soon.

So here's some of what's done to it already

-1" spacer in the rear(for a total of 4.5" of lift)
-rancho shocks
-american racing D series 15" wheels
-32x10.50 super swamper tsl's
-custom transfer case mounts(dropped 1.5")

I don't know how you use your XJ, but if it's street driven, you probably don't want to weld / lock it.

Welding the diff is pretty much a trail only mod.

I've broken both sides in my 35 but not on the street. U can drive em on the street locked but u have to be willing to listen to a lil chirping when you turn. It definitely makes for a different ride, I think it just takes a lil getting used to.

You have to be careful in the rain/snow with it locked as the back end will swing around on u...

well i had to put a water pump on the other day. not once but twice, second time because the gasket decided to bend in a small spot on me and leak,so then it was silicone time doh

and today i snatched up some chromoly axles off craigslist for my d35, so that maybe it'll hold up the rest of this summer till i can get around to my 8.8 swap

well i went to Pull a part and ISA today scavenging for parts. I only needed a hood hinge for the zj since one side decided to start kinking on me and not closing right, but regardless while I'm there I always look around at everything and just see what I can find and today it paid off for me.

Found this jewel when I looked into the doghouse of an old jeep wagoneer and it was holding up the tranny by the bellhousing lol. So I immediately jumped up in there to see if it would jack itself down. Got it down and out and tried it going up, sure enough it worked in both directions. I brought it home and welded a plate onto the bottom to make it more stable and I threw a coat of paint on it. And the best part is it only cost me $7! Needless to say I'm happier than a pig in shit!

well I pulled yet another stripped pair of spider gears out today and went to PAP this afternoon for a new set. Then of course on the way home my fiance's car decided to lose one of it's brake caliper bolts and almost lock up the front wheel. Made for a fun repair on the side of the Gene Snyder.

I'm planning on pulling my carrier out and welding up the new set of spiders tomorrow. I also found a much nicer t-case skid on a zj today while I was in PAP and scooped it up as well. Pics in the morning hopefully...

well i got the new spider gears in and welded up. i also got the new skidplate on although it required a little modification since my t-case is custom dropped. i also drilled out a hole in the frame and welded in a nut to attach it. here's how it wound up
