Here is a great video showing how to replace the Overdrive / TCC Solenoid pack and Governor Solenoid and Pressure Sensor.

The only thing he doesn't mention very well, which if you are doing this job in the vehicle, is that when you are installing the valve body back into the trans, to get the park pawl to "click" in the the trans, lift the jeep so all drive wheels are suspended in the air (all 4 with 249, rear with 242/231), and rotate the driveshaft while pushing the rod into the back of the trans until it pops in.
Spent an hour fighting this until I found out that rotating the output shaft of the trans will let the pawl engage properly.
